Sheriff: Investigation in early stages after 3 dead in shooting near Martinsburg
MARTINSBURG — The alleged shooter and two other individuals are dead after a shooting which occurred Monday evening at a bar and grill near Baker Heights, Berkeley County Sheriff Curtis Keller confirmed Monday morning after officers had been out all night at the scene.
The shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m. Monday at The Ladder House Bar & Grill, located at 2209 Charles Town Road, near the Baker Heights Fire Station.
Although Keller said the investigations is in its early stages, police believe the shooter shot himself.
"Evidently there was some kind of relationship between the bartender and the shooter," Keller said.
