A challenger for Jim Sensenbrenner!

Blogging Blue broke the news this afternoon that our Democratic candidate for Wisconsin's 5th District is Chris Rockwood, an electrical engineer from Wauwatosa. He announced his candidacy at today's 5th CD Democratic Convention. On this first day Chris has a website and all the usual social media outlets up and running and his campaign staff in place. Great organization! Here's his website: http://rockwoodforcongress.com/. Chris is a strong and progressive candidate and has been active in the county party. All the best of luck to him!

Senslessbrenner (R-nutville) has gotten away with his arrogant and anti-democracy votes for years...'bout time somebody held him accountable.

He doesn't stand much of a chance.

Sensenbrenner has incumbency, and a big war chest of campaign money.

One never knows when some quirk of fate may come along in even the most difficult districts.

I'd say the only way Sensenbrenner will lose if he's caught in bed with a dead girl or live boy, like the old saying goes.
