2. Argh... they are awful

They are going to change the nature of higher education in the UW System through the budget, aren't they. I think Cross sees much of higher ed as wasting time studying "ancient mating habits of whatever", as well. Very tech school/tech ed oriented kind of guy. And he's been talking lately about tough choices and priorities, so yes, they're off. At least Nygren made it through a few classes at the 2 year college in Marinette, so I guess we're in good hands.
