Gov. Walker, welcome to a state that works (just sayin')

Article by: R.T. RYBAK Updated: April 23, 2015 - 6:07 AM

.....The facts are clear: Walker and the Republican trickle-down economic policies have made it practically impossible for Wisconsin to recover from the recession, and the state consistently sits at the bottom of the region in private-sector job growth.

But I don’t fault Wisconsinites for electing Walker, who in turn destroyed their state’s economy.

Instead, I fault Walker for deceiving his constituents, deeply polarizing the state and using previous elections just to catapult himself into a presidential run.

The reality is, Walker can travel around Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, but his failed tenure as governor will forever be his shadow.

Thinking back a few decades, there has always been economic issues and work place rules that have placed a healthy competition between the two states. Minnesota lost years of true growth when the Republicans ran the state into the ground to be finally turned around with the realization austerity doesn't cut it. Wisconsin was beating up border companies by offering all kinds of sweet heart deals and then cut them lose. Well, now the shoe is on the other foot. Minnesota does not have to play the giveaway game, the best of Wisconsin's workers are moving west for a better opportunity for themselves and their family's. And Walker has turned Wisconsin into some Southern reject State with a crumbling Education and Health Care systems. Going to be interesting when Wisconsin's fiscal year ends and just how broke the state is. The winners are the Koch Bros,Menard,Fidelity, and other Billionaire Entities. The losers are the 5 million folks who will pay through the nose for generations to come for voting for so called change. Propaganda does work, look at the Red States for evidence.

..."About the only road to prosperity that's working in Wisconsin is the bridge that's being built to Minnesota."
