Last day to become a delegate and vote at the DPW convention
The deadline to secure delegate status is 5 pm today, May 15. Only delegates can vote on the election of officers and platform resolutions. If you are serious about wanting to change the direction of the party, the time to start is now. The way to make that change happen is to become a delegate and vote for the party officers at the state convention (June 5-6 in Milwaukee). Sign up as a party member if you aren't one already and contact your county party chair now to get a delegate spot at the convention (contact info here). This is where change starts. I know it's tough to get to Milwaukee for people from other parts of the state, and there are costs involved, but if you can manage it, please come to the convention and make your opinion known.
