He's turned out to be something of a disappointment.

I've not seen anything to support that claim.

... that Franken will be speaking here in favor of Hillary? Very disappointing, particularly considering Minnesota went big for Bernie, and yet the Superdelegates (13 to 2) have pledged for Clinton. Isn't this supposed to be some sort of democratic group?!

Well, the optimistic side of me wants to believe that Franken will use this opportunity to announce that he is switching his Superdelegate pledge to Bernie, in light of how his constituents voted, and his belief in democracy. (Oh, and all the calls/e-mails his office has been receiving to support Sanders! You GO Minnesotans!!)

I too am hoping my Senator will have a change about her support for Hillary. People have not been nice about Senator Warren's lack of endorsement for Bernie, but I believe Bernie and Elizabeth know what their doing and have a good understanding between each other. With optimism and faith and work we will send Bernie to the White House. He is truly a once in a lifetime candidate! I've been waiting years for a candidate like Bernie!
