The majority of polls had Feingold winning.

Johnson got 1,478, 170
Feingold 1,378,922
Other 87,392

But for the presidency
Chump 1,405,284
Hillary 1,383,536
Other 200,000

Why would more people vote for Johnson than chump? Since Johnson was not popular? It looks like some votes were flipped or manipulated to ensure johnsons win. I hope this blows up on them since Russia hacked the dnc in Wisconsin.
