Big win for Walker and Ryan reelection I am sure
Amazed at how a company with the worker history like foxconn get such praise her...
Like I know he beat his previous 6 wives, but it will be different we me sort of thing
I already see exaggerated job claims...3000 not potential 13000
Track record of those involved is not a bastion of honesty...shall we say

(18,964 posts)I wonder if Koch Industries has a business relationship with Foxcom...
I'm also curious about the workforce....SE Wisconsin has a great history for providing heavy manufacturing labor but this is a whole new ball game. Are there enough tech schools and colleges to turn out this workforce quickly?
What about transport from Chicago, Madison, Fox Valley to SE? Can workers commute quickly and economically to SE? Will Foxcom announcement break the stalemate in the legislature on the transportation budget?
Walker has killed a lot of the infrastructure necessary to support industry including workforce training and transportation ...how is this going to work?

I hope their projections of jobs bear fruit, but I think this is much more of a political play rather than a realistic economic one.
