For interest persons: Open Gate Capital..the company closing Golden Guernsy Dairy in Wis.

is the same company that bought Fisher Hamilton a couple of years ago in Two Rivers, Wisconsin and closed it down, laying of a lot of people there. They are a busy company, no?
Looks like Open Gate Capital is the twin of Bain Capital..wonder if they are related in any way.
I'll get some links in a minute.

Around Two Rivers, Thermo Fisher is known as Fisher-Hamilton which was derived from the Hamilton plant that has been in business here since the 1800s.

Why didn't he stop this?

And why do we allow businesses based in Wisconsin to be incorporated in Delaware and expect anything good from them?

We should have preference for businesses located in Wisconsin, incorporated in Wisconsin that stay in Wisconsin.

Shoulda expected this. Grrrr!
