Wisconsin: TAKE ACTION TODAY to save Wisconsin public schools

from my email ...

Time is critical! You have only a few hours left to call and save Wisconsin's public schools.
Gov. Scott Walker wants to expand private school vouchers at the expense of public schools and it's up to us to stop him.
Contact these members of the Joint Finance Committee and tell them to vote against voucher expansion and to restore public school funding:

Sen. Alberta Darling (co-chair) – (608) 266-5830
Sen. Luther Olsen – (608) 266-0751
Sen. Sheila Harsdorf – (608) 266-7745
Sen. Joe Leibham – (608) 266-2056
Sen. Mary Lazich – (608) 266-5400
Sen. Glenn Grothman – (608) 266-7513
Sen. Jennifer Shilling – (608) 266-5490
Sen. Robert Wirch – (608) 267-8979
Rep. John Nygren (co-chair) – (608) 266-2343
Rep. Pat Strachota – (888) 534-0058
Rep. Dale Kooyenga – (888) 534-0014
Rep. Dean Knudson – (888) 529-0030
Rep. Daniel LeMahieu – (888) 534-0059
Rep. John Klenke – (888) 534-0088
Rep. Cory Mason – (888) 534-0066
Rep. Jon Richards – (888) 534-0019

The proposed state budget would freeze public school spending, while at the same time, increase taxpayer funding for private voucher schools by as much as fourteen hundred dollars per student. It is outrageous that we would increase funding for private school vouchers, while at the same time, freezing funding for public education.

There is no time to waste. We must stand up for public schools, today!

Contact members of the Joint Finance Committee, right now.

Thanks for all you do.
