State Senator involved in Racine County crash
A Wisconsin State Senator was involved in a multi-vehicle crash that closed an Interstate Sunday.
Sen. Kathleen Vinehout's staff communicated on her Facebook page that she had been involved in a crash on Interstate 94 near Racine Sunday afternoon.
"Thank you to everyone who has been asking about Kathleen," read the Facebook statement. "Kathleen's vehicle was involved in a multi-car accident on I94 near Racine this morning. She is currently receiving care at a local hospital."

"Sen. Kathleen Vinehout suffered a broken arm but is otherwise okay. She was taken to St. Katherine's Hospital in Kenosha. Staff members who were with her were uninjured."
Not as bad as it could have been, thank goodness. It also says the car was totaled.
