Plus conservatives always cut taxes for the rich and cause debt so they use it as an excuse to cut programs. Plus expenses are going up as everyone integrates into data and the data world. That is not Trudeau's fault. Plus Harper is just cold. Scheer is a tweenage boy. Conservatives are either one or the other.
