Rant on

Firstly, good luck in get anyone in central London to buy into this bollocks
Secondly, it saddens me to see Claire Fox put her name to these half truths and lies
Thirdly, that the racist fucker that is Farage has the bloody nerve to talk about Trust, Honesty and Integrity is fucking outrageous
Fourth, politics is broken cause these fuckers broke it
Fifth, other than the token lefty and the token black, they are empire wannabee little engenders through and through
Sixth, why the fuck would we want to be any more embarrassed in the EU by sending these wankers to the EU parliament
Finally, AAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH why are these pollutants in my household?????????

But I voted to go blind....so my name is not out there with anyone. We have a law called GDPR where people cannot contact you unless you opt in. I think I might report them to the Data Commissioner.

Opting out of the public part of the register just means you can't be seen for the regular junk mail.

for use outside the election, but
"Every candidate standing in an election is entitled to send one
communication via Royal Mail, with no charge to them for postage, to
every eligible elector on the relevant electoral register(s) or to every
domestic address within the relevant electoral area. This can be in
the form of addressed or unaddressed mail to each household."

I'm not surprised by Claire Fox joining them; she's got a pretty disreputable past (check this week's Private Eye for a summary).

Sadly, nearly all of the Tory Leavers are flocking to this shower for the EU election, judging by the polls.

Fortunately they won't get that many votes in London.

If I have the time and can be bothered, I'll add some corrective reflections to their drivel.

An escalation I've heard of is to wrap the leaflet round a brick and send that back to them in an unstamped envelope. But then you waste a good brick and an envelope.

The people I expect to be active for Farage's lot round where I live have been busy with parish council elections where I live, standing as "independents". The European campaign proper starts from this weekend, and people will be very weary of electioneering before long.
