jen and the Torygraph are muddying the waters by pretending this is about the Queen. Here's what he actually said, indicating he knows what the powers are:
All agreed it was time to replace the House of Lords with an elected chamber, but Corbyn also revealed he would like to go further than that by weakening some of the Queens powers. The royal prerogative should be subject to parliamentary vote and veto if necessary, he said. The Queen hands her powers to the prime minister and he can then exercise them. Its a very convenient way of bypassing parliament. Also, orders in council are a very convenient way of bypassing parliament.
One of the royal prerogative powers derived from the crown, rather than parliament, is the prime ministers ability to commit troops in armed conflict.

(41,205 posts)6. Thanks for posting this info!
It seems to be more about making it harder for the PM to send people to war without parliamentary approval, than anything to do with the Queen.

(41,205 posts)3. I suspect that Corbyn probably couldn't care less about being called 'Right Honourable' or being in
the Privy Council.
