2020 US Senate Election- How many ways Democrats could regain control of the US Senate?

Only one Democratic Held US Senate seat up for re-election in 2020 is going to flip to the Republicans- AL(Jones-D)-1D/+1R
3 Republican Held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2020 are going to flip to the Democrats.
AZ(McSally-R), CO(Gardner-R), and NC(Tillis-R). +2D/-2R. 49D 51R.
In order for the Democrats to regain control of the US Senate- Democrats need to win one additional Republican Held US Senate seat up for re-election in 2020 with the Democrats winning the 2020 US Presidential Election or two additional Republican held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2020 without the Democrats winning the 2020 US Presidential Election.
