What's a good free POP email service?

As soon as Google Fiber activates in my neighborhood in the next few months I'm dropping AT&T like a hot potato. I have 5 email accounts with them and I don't want to use gmail. I have 1 gmail account-that I had to get to post on youtube but I refuse to use it for anything else.

I'm guessing you don't like corporations spying on you and using your information for their own gain.
