Windows Update

I have a setting of "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them". Once a month, I check for updates.

I changed this setting on a recommendation so Windows 10 wouldn't install. Last night, I checked for updates and downloaded them. I didn't install them because I planned on doing that this morning. Now I can't find them to install. I checked for updates, but that's been running over an hour.

What can I do? Thanks

I guess they were installing when I looked for them, and weren't showing up. Thanks for your reply.

Hide Windows updates Only install the Security Updates.
Microsoft has been getting down right mid-evil in their quest to get everyone on Windows 10.

This list of updated that are good not to have, may be of some help.

I do not want Windows 10. I have a Canon printer that Canon hasn't updated drivers for Windows 10, I don't want to buy a new printer. I really don't have the time right now to learn it. I don't have the motivation or patience right now either.

that has the most popular OS, various versions of Windows, on most of the PC's world wide.
When their latest version, Windows 10, is considered a virus by many. A virus, whose main function is spyware for ads and who knows what else and is being forced on us, whether we want it or not. Most people do not.
