I got locked out, too. The password recovery email never arrives at my other address, and to post a question in the online forum...you have to be logged in! Their online help always loops back to trying to send a new password to an alternate address. Very frustrating. I need to grab 3 emails that I saved there, then I can close the account.

the problem with it not sending the emails to the recovery address with the confirmation code. the emails came through this time.

I was just able to get back in, after over a month being locked out.
