I get an alternate version of FB that tries to force me to switch to the thing every time I'm on all of a sudden.

2. if youre talking about the smart phone app, I put on my galaxy, no problems

it just allows me to use the messenger feature like i do in my desktop / laptop. i don't use either very much.
