For WinXP...
Does anyone know of a command line executable that will send email? Not just create an email via outlook but actually send as well.

(3,270 posts)3. Try BLAT
If you want to send emails without any dependencies on Outlook's MAPI tools being installed, BLAT is about the most common method to send emails directly to your SMTP-relay (usually your ISP, gmail, hotmail, etc).
Best of all, it's free and requires no programming experience. All done from the command line or a batch file.
