Hotmail/Outlook help

I know this is probably a dumb question, but how does one set the time on what used to be a Hotmail account which has now morphed into an outlook email account?

Managing your account

Account details (password, addresses, time zone)

but after that I cannot find the time zone. All I see is

Overview
Notifications
Permissions
Billing

and clicking on all of those does not seem to lead me to a time zone.

My previous instructions might work for accounts at Outlook.com.

For my Hotmail not yet moved to Outlook.com,
From Hotmail Options,
Account details
edit personal info
timezone (near the bottom)

I found a way to get back to Hotmail under options and converted time per your directions!
