Mac-specific help in Salt Lake City area?

I know someone who needs help recovering emails on her Mac. She has a LaCie drive that she uses for backup. I don't live anywhere near there and I don't have the necessary experience in such a setup to know what I'm doing anyway. I have a feeling that this would be an in-person job but maybe someone more experienced could help via a remote hookup. Please PM me if you can help. Thanks.

appointment with a techie there to help her. They used to call it the Genius Bar but it may have changed.

There are 2 in the Salt Lake Valley: one downtown at City Creek Center and the other at Fashion Place Mall.
