Regarding Firefox addons, like Ghostery etc

I'm finally getting serious about configuring some of my privacy addons and am running into an issue, maybe some of you can help.

I know with Ghostery you can "whitelist" certain domains, but can I also block just certain features of a whitelisted entry? Or the reverse, just allow certain cookies for sites that I otherwise want everything else blocked from?

adblock will catch most ads but ghostery lets you turn off almost any extraneous script on a site (ads, social trackers, etc) and is an open- and crowd-sourced project so it's worthy of support and works like a charm. it can do anything adblock can do but works fine alongside.
