While it technically has web capability, I laughed at the woeful browser experience and haven't gone there since. It has a camera, I can store tunes on it, text (though I never do), but no usable apps. The TracFone plan - buy minutes as you need them, is perfect for folks like me who don't have the need nor want of a Smart Phone.
Hang on a minute, those damn kids are on my lawn again, I'll be right back..
