And I spent entirely too much time on it, to tell the truth. After I spent an hour formatting the list, it turned out most of the links wouldn't even post here, presumably because they were dead links. This is what's left.
Well, I tried to help. 
Many of even these may be obsolete, I don't know. I can vouch for "Shields Up!" I use it whenever I install a new Linux/Posix distribution.
I guess we need a new list from scratch.
