Most tablets suffered from poor software. They were trying to adapt Windows to work on a touch device. iOS is based on a UNIX kernel, and built from that as a touch OS.

honestly, the windows xp software on my old q1 was more work useful than the tablet software. But they didn't have angry birds back then.

At home, and then let developers adapt it to business. I'd rather my product be associated with fun and creativity, than work. I can see the iPad well suited to POS and other sales applications. My niece uses her iPad in her real estate business.
