Remove Clacking Volume Up Down Noise...

..Open-System Preferences
Open- Sound (little speaker icon)
Uncheck- Play feedback when volume is changed.

Done.

I actually like the up-down volume noise, because it's a way to check that sound is working. I sometimes change the source and/or output on my machine, so that annoying little noise comes in handy sometimes.

There are times, however, when silence is golden, and this tip will come in handy then.
