Will NY Governor Andrew Cuomo-D win re-election to a 4th term in 2020 or would he lose like his dad?

Mario Cuomo-D lost re-election to a 4th term as Governor of New York in 1994.
Two reasons why Mario Cuomo lost,
1994 was a Republican wave election year.
NYers wanted the death penalty.
