Sherrod Brown(D-OH) US Senate Electoral Victories.
2006- Democratic wave midterm election year against a Republican incumbent who is now Governor- Mike DeWine-R. Brown-D won by a 12 percent margin.
2012- Neutral Presidential election year - Brown-D won by a 6 percent margin against Josh Mandel-R. Obama-D carried OH by a 3 percent margin.
2018- Neutral midterm election year.- Brown-D won by a 7 percent margin against Jim Rennacci-R a sitting US House Member. DeWine-R won the 2018 OH Governor’s Race by a 4 percent margin. Brown-D outperformed DeWine-R.
2024- Presidential Election year. Biden-D or Harris-D are likely to lose OH by a narrow margin. Brown-D wins re-election to the US Senate in 2024 by a less than 5 percent margin.
