All of it is paid for and popular. Pre K is great for the country with a multiplier effect increased success and taxes. Medicare negotiating with big Pharma is a big deal for many. They are all wedge issues for the left for once. 1/3 of the country, and that includes rural red state voters, experience climate change disasters. Ears eyes are a concern for seniors. A better bill there could not be to run on for liberals whether or not it passes.
