Man Gives Future Hubby Home Depot Marriage Proposal With A Dance Mob

I found this on FB~ It was to sweet not to bring here. Happy Tears~

What would you do if your future hubby proposed to you at…a Home Depot in Salt Lake City? Sound unromantic? Well, if you think a Home Depot marriage proposal isn’t amazing, watch Spencer Stout propose to his future husband. Warning: have tissue handy for the happy tears. From the video: Dustin arrived at the Home Depot in Salt Lake City thinking he was there to help his roommate pick out some lighting for a party. When he was taken to the lumber aisle, what he found waiting for him was a mob of friends and family as his marriage proposal unfolded to the song, “Somebody Loves You” by Betty Who.

A shout out to Home Depot, thank you.

To our President, thank you ~

And, Hawai'i's is in the Works!

Hawaiian governor calls for special session to legalize gay marriage(Reuters) -

Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie called on Monday for a special legislative session next month to pass a bill that would legalize gay marriage in the strongly Democratic state that already allows same-sex civil unions.

State legislators presented a draft bill last month to allow same-sex marriages in Hawaii, building on national momentum to allow gay nuptials after the U.S. Supreme Court in June invalidated part of a federal law defining marriage as between a man and a woman.

"The decision to call a special session is based on doing what is right to create equity for all in Hawaii," Abercrombie said in a statement, calling on both houses of the state legislature to convene in special session on October 28.

Home Depot practices reflect change; AFA suspends boycott

September 5, 2013

When AFA called for a boycott of Home Depot three years ago because of its support of homosexual activist groups, I knew we were taking on a huge task. After all, Home Depot is a huge company. But I knew we had a lot of friends who would stand with us.
Now, I'm glad to report to you that we are suspending the boycott of Home Depot. After monitoring the company for several months, AFA is satisfied the company has withdrawn its major financial contributions to gay activist groups and events.

I truly believe this is a direct result of your willingness to become involved. In fact, more than 750,000 people signed the Boycott Home Depot Pledge.

Although Home Depot has made changes, we will continue to monitor their behavior. We suspect Home Depot will publicly deny having made changes, but their actions speak louder than words.

Your AFA will continue to challenge major U.S. companies to remain neutral in the culture wars rather than to use their resources to promote anti-family issues.

Sure they may be more concerned about their bottom dollar, yet~ Times are a changing.

I saw that about Hawaii! Good on you. It's time, Cha. Past time. Under Obama the world seems to be changing, baby step by baby step. Sure we have a long path ahead of us, however I like what I am seeing. Like the article above says. "Actions speak louder than words"

Colors change and so do people. I believe that, I truly do.

Thanks sweetie. To the color of change~

2012 but there's only one place like that on this Island and it's Home Depot. And, there are things I need in that kind of store.

So it makes me feel good that they gave permission for this Marriage Proposal in the Salt Lake City store.. and this.

Home Depot pledges to continue support for gay agenda despite massive petition/boycott

Owner hates Obama but these stores continue to support Gay Agenda. Might be something to do with "taxes"?

What century was that from, something brought back from a time traveler?

As the great great great great grandson of the first mayor of Salt Lake City I am beyond astonished.

If it can happen there it can happen anywhere.

It brings to mind Saul, called St Paul by the Christians letter to the Corinthians where he states defiantly "Love never ends".

"great great great great grandson of the first mayor of Salt Lake City I am beyond astonished."

I was pretty astonished too, grant.

You are right, " If it can happen there it can happen anywhere." The times they are a changing, grant. I like what I am seeing. We are moving slowly, yet our motion is taking us forward.
