This Week

1) Broke the Republican abuse of Filibustering Presidential Appointees

2) Signed an interim agreement with Iran that will bring Iran into regular standing, create stability in the Middle East and create an atmosphere that will lead to greater safety for Israel. This reduces the chances of war and helps to reinforce the stability needed to continue to build an international recovery and international cooperation against terrorism.

3) Tens of thousands of people got health care insurance at reasonable cost.

In this one week President Obama achieved more than G Bush achieved in 8 years, and more than this Congress has done since 2010.

The media is oblivious to real accomplishments that are bringing real improvement in the quality of life to real people.

Do you know what they will call this time 20-30 years from now?

The past 5 years have been exceptional too. Through the obstruction and bullying that has been tossed at this President, he moves us forward. When they least expect it, boom, he pulls us ahead once again. Some land mark changes have been made, Lilly Ledbetter Act, ACA, Doma, DADT, VAWA, Syria and now Iran.

With all the hand winging and hair on fire, he still comes through. No recognition or accolades from the media or Republicans. None.

Yet he keeps on going , grant. Pretty amazing.

making history!

You know also what all this Progress means for our country with PBO and Dems at the helm.. you know the drill. The US corporatemedia.. and we're talking mediawhores here.. bring out the long knives. The neocons-US media's bloodthirsty need for conflict, war, and world domination is in real jeopardy because of these positive potentially peacemaking occurrences. Boom.

I won't go into details . . because I don't know them . . but it seems like they have been working on all of this stuff for a long time instead of just sitting back playing golf on the weekends like "you-know-who" did for 8 years.

You know, the guy who said, "Freedom's not free. We're determined to get the terrorists. Now, watch this swing."

Paraphrasing here, of course, because I can't remember all of the stupid stuff he said.

But, it was obvious even by then that a village was missing its idiot.
