Amazon took care of it immediately and sent a shovel to plant the rose. LOL!!! No, seriously, they sent a laptop express mail and I sent back the rose and fertilizer to them.

special coffee from them once last year and got a smart watch. They did not even want it back. Sadly it was most obviously a man's watch, was pretty basic but still cool and the ugliest color plastic that you ever saw!

At least these people can happily use this mistake, or they could have.

they received a $150 gift card with the message:
