Man charged after driving with 3 tires, cops say
PLAISTOW, N.H. -- Police say a Massachusetts man was charged with drunken driving after he drove past a police cruiser in a vehicle with just three tires.
Police in Plaistow, N.H., say they were working at a traffic stop early Sunday morning when they heard a loud noise and then saw the vehicle.
As the vehicle passed by slowly, an officer said he noticed that it was missing a rear tire and traveling on its rim.
