Intel Employee Files Criminal Charges Over Kick Me Sign On His Back

RIO RANCHO, NM (KRQE) - A "kick me" sign on the back is one of the oldest pranks in the book.

In high school, it makes for a funny Youtube video. But in the professional world, things are very different as one case at Intel demonstrates.

According to a federal lawsuit filed last week, Intel employee Harvey Palacio was at work when a coworker stuck a "kick me" sign onto his back . Palacio asked another coworker, Randy Lehman if there was something on his back.

In the lawsuit, Palacio claims Lehman kicked him in the butt instead of helping, a total of three times.

Palacio says he went to a third coworker Chris Zeltinger to see if he'd remove the sign. Zeltinger kicked him two separate times.
