We all know the nighttime rule: Do NOT look under the bed. Because there could be a monster hiding under there. Guy Whittall followed the rule perfectly at the Humani Lodge in Zimbabwe, and it was a good thing he did: An 8-foot crocodile was indeed hanging out under his bed. It had probably wandered away from the nearby Turgwe River to find warmth, Whittall told the Daily Star. Whittall, who is a director at the lodge, had dressed and gone to breakfast blithely unaware of his new bunkmate; it was the unfortunate housekeeper who discovered their cozy guest.
