Related: About this forumSan Francisco High School Students' Senior Prank Involves "Mandatory Penis Inspections"
The prank was a letter that landed in teachers boxes advising that the district is requiring mandatory penis inspections on all male students, faculty, and staff at Lowell High School.
The note, signed by Richard L. Dong, Head Penis Inspector (insert Beavis and Butthead chortle here), includes a small illustration of what can only be described as a patriotic penis and the motto, No Penis Left Behind.
School and district officials were not amused, or at least they didnt admit it.
Late Monday afternoon, fliers announcing a phony inspection notice for students were posted in the halls of Lowell High, according to a district statement. The fliers, which mentioned a male body part, were removed and the dean of students at Lowell is investigating. Lowell administration is regarding this incident as a senior prank, and the infractions will be addressed according to school and district policies.

An official-looking prank letter telling students to attend a mandatory vagina inspection in the gym at Prior Lake High School has parents, students and teachers wondering whodunit.
No one knows exactly who is behind the letters, written on imitation school letterhead and hand-delivered to some families mailboxes this week.
Nor do they know how many were sent out, but the Post Office took notice and removed 50 letters, said Kristi Mussman, district spokeswoman.
An image of the letter was shared widely on Twitter and other social media as well and was a topic of conversation at the high school Tuesday, Mussman said.
Its definitely a hoax. We believe a student or students created it after school hours, Mussman said.

(43,049 posts)3. It's a hoax, is it. Real sharp, that one.
Where is our national sense of humor?
Once again I repeat a story from more innocent times...
Jimmy Walker, Tammany mayor of New York City when it was run by real men (Irish and drunk) was invited to give a speech before some distinguished ladies group. (Remember, this was before ladies could vote...)
One of the highfalutin' ladies asked "Mr. Mayor, are you circumcised?"
"No, Ma'am. I prefer to work it off."
And his approvals went up yet again.
