PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are asking for the public's help locating a man detectives believe bit a woman in a Target store last week.

Sgt. Tommy Thompson said the 23-year-old woman was shopping in the store near 27th Avenue and Beardsley Road on March 26 when a man approached her, fell to the floor and bit her on her right foot.

The victim told police it took several moments before she could free her foot from the suspect. She ran to the customer service area for help and the man fled the store.

The victim went to a local hospital where it was determined the suspect had bitten through two layers of skin, creating an open wound. She was given a tetanus shot and anti-bacteria medication.

Tianlun Yuan, 24, is described as an Asian male, 6 feet 4 inches tall and 170 pounds.
