2018/2020 MS US Senate Election- Mike Espy-D/ Mike Moore-D
Mike Espy-D- Democratic Nominee for the 2018 MS US Senate Special Election has been out of MS politics since 1993. Espy-D received 46 percent of the popular vote in the November 27, 2018 Runnoff.
Mike Moore-D served as MS Attorney General from 1988 to 2004. As Attorney General- He has took on the tobacco industry and he is currently going after the opiod industry. If Mike Moore were to get back into MS elected office- He should run for the US Senate in 2020 against Cindy Hyde Smith. He could defeat Hyde Smith-R.
