Washington Post Reporter Doxxed For Writing Critical Article About Bernie Sanders

Washington Post Reporter Doxxed For Writing Critical Article About Bernie Sanders
by Alex Griswold | 1:29 pm, April 19th, 2016

Washington Post reporter Philip Bump faced a deluge of criticism on social media after he wrote an article that angered Bernie Sanders supporters, with one troll even posting his home address on Twitter.

Needless to say, they let Bump know how they felt. “By the end of the day, I’d received thousands of negative tweets, negative comments on Facebook, and any number of emails…” Bump wrote Tuesday. “Someone called my editor to complain. Someone else posted my home address on Twitter.”

“Neither I nor anyone else writing critically about Sanders deserves the sort of response that has been received,” he said. “No, Twitter isn’t life. But irrational fury that leads to abusive behavior isn’t the sort of thing that should be ignored.”

that is what it is. My way or the highway and I will make your life hell if you do not agree with me. It's a new thing. What ever happened to " it's not what your country and go for you, it's what YOU can do for your country?"

Online intimidation is a serious crime. Some of these little snots might have to learn that the hard way.

I'll take the woman who wants to break down barriers, not break apart our party and break people who oppose them in any way.

BS is looking more and more like a grumpy Gus himself. Never thought I'd see the day that I thought so little of him. The day he persuades his so-called "progressive" fans that there's such a thing as reality, and persuades them to vote for Clinton, maybe I'll feel differently.
