Trump's 'playbooks' offer glimpse of ruthless business practices

Collect personalized information that you can utilize during closing time. (For example: are they a single parent of three children that may need money for food?)

^ a quote from one of the Trump U. 'playbooks' instructing staff on how to target financial weaknesses to sell the courses.

Trump's base contains a lot of insecure people who hate to be conned, made to feel foolish. They may love his open racism and bigotry, but they would stay home if they knew he considered them nothing more than ignorant, gullible rubes.

Since he manipulates his followers to distrust anything the media says, he thinks he can get away without being subjected to fact checking. If his base knew the truth, I don't think they'd trust or admire him.
