Clinton, judged winner of debate, holds big national lead over Sanders
By Dan Balz and Peyton M. Craighill October 20 at 7:00 AM

Aided by her performance in the first Democratic debate, Hillary Rodham Clinton has regained much of the ground she lost during a summer of controversy and holds a dominating lead nationally over Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in the contest for her party’s presidential nomination, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Vice President Biden, who has yet to announce whether he will join the Democratic race in the coming days or weeks, runs third amid signs of slippage over the past month. If he were to decide not to run, the poll indicates that much of his current support would go to Clinton rather than Sanders.

That particular one was touted as the gold standard in our media in deciding who won the Democratic debate. I mean, seriously?? A RW-Republican getting to choose people for his focus group that - lo and behold! - said they were Hillary Clinton supporters but who changed their minds after seeing the debate and believed Sanders won. Uh huh.

Sanders didn't do badly, though, but he was no match for Hillary Clinton who ran the stage from the very start.

Hillary really needed all of this boosting before those fucking hearings. I hope this will help her turn Thursday into an all day campaign ad that makes her look smart, truthful and victorious!

… or delay, or reschedule her appearance? My guess is that Gowdy will call-in-sick or have some other unexpected "emergency" that would prevent it from ever happening.

He is after all a republican and 99% of them are cowards. They are scared sh**less of HRC obviously.

I hope she really lays into the creeps! Everybody knows this committee is a fraud and stealing money out of the public treasury for partisan political purposes.

I hope she reads them the riot act, I would love to see that Koch bros puppet Gowdy squirm on TV!
