I am amazed by the "how terrible PP was to endorse Hillary"

along with some of the criticisms to the effect that PP should not have been political. Gee, I wonder what they would have said if PP endorsed Sander's? No doubt in my mind it would NOT have been critical of PP being political

So the alternative is to spew out a yellow journalistic piece how there is such a backlash against PP for doing such a thing. I would venture to say maybe among a few less than mature entities who may not actually care as much about women's health issues as they profess

Every time they destroy someone's FB page with nasty comments, it just turns people away form Bernie. Imagine how may friends Jane Goodall has in real life that she went to and said "don't vote for that Bernie guy, look at how his supporters act." This is exactly one of the big reasons Bernie is not getting endorsements from his colleagues. His colleagues don't like him, they don't like his supporters and they don't like his policies.

People are acting like this is the only thing the PP PAC has ever done for Democrats, they are just upset that their fave didn't get the nod. And they can't accept the reasons why either. Doubtful that anyone who REALLY supports PP via donation will drop support over this, like threatening to do so will change anyones minds. This is what I hate most about primary season.

Maybe this might have had something to do with the PP Endorsement decision?

redirecting their PP donations to the Bernie presidential campaign, by pointing out the falsehood of their statements that " PP has plenty of money" (which I thought was just something stupid that the anti-choice and the rabidly right wing trolls said), and I was blocked from the group.

Are the Bernie people seriously this hypersensitive about being called out for what they're actually doing?

I've run into a few rather frothy Bernie Bruhs on several other progressive sites, but this is seriously disturbing.

Other than these guys in their little clique, silencing people who dare to venture into their clubhouse and not say one word about their candidate, but point out the consequences of their actions (namely poor people not getting care, and the HIV and other STD spikes that happen when PP isn't funded, in an era where we have mutli-drug resistant gonorrhea) and the basic confusion on how healthcare happens (apparently Bernie will ensure Universal Healthcare so PP won't even be needed) and they have all this money to employ people whose relatives happen to be working for Clinton ....

What is wrong with these people??? I honestly don't understand how supposedly "real progressives" can so blindly parrot right wing talking points with so little self awareness.

You are right, PP serves an extremely vital function to help those in the community, especially for those who need it the most, for all health issues, not just related to women, but for families as well.

HRC has a long and impressive record on women's health issues, and the more sensible Sanders folks are comfortable acknowledging that. The vocal fringe seem not to be acquainted with the idea that a candidate can be edged out with the support of a certain constituency and still be the best choice overall; no, they think their candidate trumps on every issue every time. It's an almost adolescent display of insecurity.
