Hillary Clinton

from the right, in part because they have never discriminated against lesbians girls and because they support Plannned Parenthood. Cookie Season has arrived, with all its addictive deliciousness. If you would like to support young women developing leadership qualities and independent judgement, do what Hillary would do. Get thee out right now, find a Scout or troop leader in your neighborhood and buy an armload of these goodies. I can't testify to the keeping qualities of all varieties, but Thin Mints keep beautifully in the freezer.
To any meddlesome skulker thinking about making an SOP alert, two things: the post does mention Hillary, and no cookies for you, Grinch.

Alas, as I age, my stomach is less able to tolerate the grand majesty that is the Thin Mint. As in, severe reflux and...other stuff we won't discuss.
I always just buy some and give them away to younger, more gastrically stable friends.

(40,416 posts)And I live on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. But this young girl rings my doorbell every year. I always buy from her. Her mother, for some reason drives her way out here in the sticks to sell her cookies. She's a smart kid, too. I always chat with her for a couple of minutes. As a former teacher, I ask her how she is doing in school. She says that she is doing well (adverb modifies verb -- good girl !).
Shortbread! Yummy!
Peanut butter sandwiches! Oh boy!
Thin mints! Oh dear!
Always support the Girl Scouts!
