At the time I started in the job market women was not allowed in many traditional jobs reserved for men. I was glad to get my first position into what was traditionally a men's job, made lots more money in the position. What they found was less errors where women was doing the jobs and there was better record keeping so we were a plus rather than a minus but still had some difficulties with co-workers and supervisors because I was in this position. Yes, women should be getting paid better, we work hard and it cost women just as much as it does men to provide for our families.

Males are paid more than females, why? Because of this superior male mentality complex that has survived during the centuries. Time for equality.

I'm worth it.
