Bernie is now the largest recipient of Super PAC money after pledging to never accept Super PAC cash

Bernie in May 2015:

Bernie Sanders pledges not to accept super PAC support

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Sunday reiterated his pledge not to accept super PAC support but stopped short of knocking Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton’s decision to court allied super PAC donors.

“I understand where she is coming from. But I will not have a super PAC,” Sanders, who last month launched a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination, said on “Face the Nation” on Sunday. “...I don't think we're going to outspend Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush or anybody else, but I think we are going to raise the kinds of money that we need to run a strong and winning campaign.”

Bernie in 2016:

Bernie Sanders Tops His Rivals in Use of Outside Money

DES MOINES — As he swung through Iowa this week, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont rarely passed up a chance to bash the rising tide of money in politics, a system he said on Tuesday was “corrupt and undermining American democracy.”

At many of these stops, he was accompanied by members of National Nurses United, a seven-year-old union, fanning out from a bright-red bus in matching red scrubs to corral potential Sanders votes.

But the union is not just busing nurses into Iowa. The union’s “super PAC” has spent close to $1 million on ads and other support for Mr. Sanders, the Democratic presidential candidate who has inspired liberal voters with his calls to eradicate such outside groups. In fact, more super PAC money has been spent so far in express support of Mr. Sanders than for either of his Democratic rivals, including Hillary Clinton, according to Federal Election Commission records.

I would drop the part of my speech which rants about big money in politics. He claims not to be controlled by the PACs but he sure responded to the NRA with his votes.

I really don't think people do know what Sanders is really all about. One of the things I have disliked about him was that in spite of how his Senate colleagues considered him a bit-player before he jumped on the national podium (interesting to me because they have seen him and worked with him on a day-to-day basis), he started grabbing the microphone as he left the floor and brought attention to himself by playing the press. Why does he like to overshadow his colleagues (certainly not by his work)? He rarely ever gives kudos to anyone else.

He said he wouldn't launch his OWN superPAC. This he hasn't done.

I did a little checking into National Nurses United. Start with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Nurses_United

In 2011, NNU launched a campaign called the Main Street Contract for the American People. The national organization is working to create a movement – through demonstrations and legislative bills—that helps working-class people who are struggling during hard economic times. The campaign goal is to reclaim an economy with good jobs at living wages, healthcare for all, quality education, good housing, protection from hunger, a safe environment, and a secure retirement for everyone.

NNU supports a Wall Street tax on financial transactions, which the organization says could raise at least $350 billion a year.[5]

Which is very close to being a mirror image of Sanders' campaign platform.

Then check http://www.nationalnursesunited.org/site/entry/vote-nurses-values. This is a large part of their website, and it's a Sanders campaign site. A lot of the rest of their website is a Bernie Sanders love fest.

As a trained intelligence professional, I assess National Nurses United as a Sanders front group.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Front_organization

Front organizations that appear to be independent voluntary associations or charitable organizations are called front groups. In the business world, front organizations such as front companies or shell corporations are used to shield the parent company from legal liability. In international relations, a puppet state is a state which acts as a front (or surrogate) for another state.

Dear BernieBros: If your chosen candidate isn't really a communist, WHY IS HE ACTING LIKE ONE?
