HILLARY CLINTON ROOM POST
Justin and his ilk know that Hillary has to prove herself in a primary. Justin and his iik know this will not be handed to her on a civil platter and she will have to fight for it.
Oh btw, Justin and his ilk love Hillary and think she is the best choice and if she is not chosen we will back our nominee 100 percent despite whatever keyboard warrior here says about her. We don't use the excuse Sanders supporters are making it difficult to get behind him.
Not one Hillary supporter on this board has said they will not support the nominee if it is not Hillary. We know the stakes in this election and we will be there for our nominee regardless of who it us.
You won't get that unanimous proclamation from our friends supporting other candidates Here.
Justin and his ilk are behind Hillary 100 percent and will defend and promote her here to the best of our abilities.

(11,573 posts)Did you know that "of that ilk" is actually an honorific in Scots? To be "Justin of that ilk" is to be a clan chief. We need to choose a tartan, a badge and a motto.

(297,180 posts)a not a good "sound" to it.
But, according to this.. Hillary does have some Scottish in her just like I do and mine happens to be of the Murray clan.

(11,573 posts)but it just happens to have quite a different meaning across the Pond.
There's some MacGregor in my dad's family tree. One of his ancestors was one of three brothers deported from Scotland just after the 1745 uprising for Prince Charlie. There was a lot of intermarriage between the Scottish exiles and the Southeastern Native Americans. Scott and Ross remain very common as Cherokee surnames.
