Unless she wants to be President, she has more power now as the senior senator from Massachusetts. And if she did want to be President, she could run directly for the job instead of taking the Veep step in between. There's no up side for her as VEEP.

We don't need two people for the Republicans to come out in droves and vote against. More importantly, we need her as the new Liberal Lion from Massachusetts!

They are very similar ideologically but too similar geographically and demographically.

And as others have stated her position in the Senate is valuable.

two women from neighboring states in the Northeast (NY and MA) would not be well accepted by many voters across the country.

I like Elizabeth Warren but she has a considerable platform in the Senate. Why would she want to be a VP?

Just don't see this happening.

A few centuries too early. Besides, both older white women from northern states.

She needs someone who will complement her: younger, male, and almost certainly an ethnic minority, to signal where the Democratic Party is going in comparison to the GOP.

I will put money down on either Julian Castro or Tom Perez, probably the former.

I already see the Clinton/Castro sticker on my car!

He talks a good talk but his words have thus far revealed just how opposite he is from her..Hillary would never leave the Country in the hands of Bernie, should she ever not be able to fulfill her duties as MPOTUS.

There are far too many great VP's on her list to ever consider Sanders.
I really doubt he's anywhere near that list.

Elizabeth Warren wants to be nobody's running mate. She likes the US Senate and she has some influence there, thank goodness. This is in spite of her junior status there. Again, thank goodness.

I suspect that the reason that Liz has not endorsed a Dem candidate is that she has no intention to do so prior to a clear nominee. It is just like her putative presidential campaign that she denied for months. Any hope for a Liz Warren endorsement dashes the hopes for her presidential candidacy.

Meanwhile, there are so many Democrats who are overjoyed about her standing up for her desire to being one of the best US Senators.

Not every great Democrat wants to be POTUS. Some see much good elsewhere.

The Bernie supporters who would throw Liz under the bus for her lack of Bernie endorsement understand neither Bernie, nor Elizabeth. They are the ones who deserve to be thrown under the bus.

Ed Markey is junior. Unless I misunderstand and you mean "junior status" as new in the Senate as a whole.

...NO. She had her chance to endorse either candidate, but she decided to keep her powder dry until her support was the most advantageous to the most important person... Herself.
