Wow, that would be wonderfully fabulous! Why in the world the state of Washington with its big population and delegates does not have primary?

been courting if they were registered as independents they need to register as republican or democrat. There was list posted on DU last year of the states which are open and closed, caucus and vote states. I wonder what the results will be if the voters who placed a provisional ballot in are not truly registered, I am not sure the information the provisional ballot contains.
