This is a result of the lie by the Ven government that the US did not approve fly over of US airspace by Maduro.

Evo is just upset that the US government hurt the feelings of his buddy, and is desperately trying to show his position as brown-noser of the Venezuelan government.

4. Morales calls Obama criminal

Mr. Evo Morales is showing his real self in his latest tirade against the United States.

"President Obama is a criminal", and says he "will sue the United States in international court".
He continued by saying that "we will not accept nor allow this kind of bullying, of criminal acts, when not even international law is observed".

It is evident that relations between the United States and the ALBA gang have reached a breaking point.
This phenomenon has been brewing for some time, and blew off when Morales' plane was diverted and instructed to fly on another route, on its way to a United Nations gathering in New York.
